U.S. Army All-American Marching Band
High School All-American Nominees are high school musicians who will be seniors in the 2009-2010 school year and are nominated by their music teacher in recognition for their exceptional musicianship, marching achievement, character, and leadership.

Students who will be seniors in the 2009-2010 school year may be nominated between August 2008-January 15, 2009 on the MENC web site HERE. Any current high school junior who exhibits exceptional musicianship, marching achievement, character, and leadership, may be nominated by their music teacher. There is no limit to the number of nominations a school or a music teacher can make, as long as the nominees meet the High School All-American criteria.

Criteria For 2010 Nomination
- Be a high school senior in the 2009-2010 school year
- Exhibit exceptional musicianship, marching achievement, character, and leadership
- Be nominated by a high school music teacher before January 15, 2009 during their junior year
Students nominated by an MENC member will receive:
- An official High School All-American Nominee achievement certificate from MENC
- Listing on this Web site (below) as well as mention in other MENC media
ALL 2010 All-American Nominees will receive:
- The exclusive right to promote themselves as official 2010 High School All-American Nominees
- A personal invitation to audition for 2010 High School All-American selection. Those few selected as High School All-American Marching Musicians will be provided air, hotel, food, and rehearsal equipment to rehearse for, and perform at, the U.S. Army All-American Bowl in San Antonio, TX, in January 2010.
