“I have been affected by music so deeply and frequently that I have made it my profession. It is a strong bond that ties my family together, forges strong relationships among my students (both between classmates and teacher), and has been a primary force for me in providing solid moral grounding and a tireless work ethic. Music is indispensible because it promotes so many of the things that create good citizens and human beings.”
