Teaching Music – Current Bonus Content

Here are bonus resources for the article "Range Is Everything! Success with the Adolescent Male Voice" in the February 2010 issue of Teaching Music:

  1. Hear the voice samples referenced in the article. First is “Joey” in August and then in May of his eighth-grade year. Second is “Chris” in August and May of his seventh grade year. Hear the huge difference a school year makes.
     
  2. Find more information on working with adolescent changing voices in the Changing Voice Recommended Sources: An Annotated Bibliography, provided by the authors, Janice Killian and John Wayman.
