U.S. Army Band CD

This enhanced CD features live performances by the U.S. Army Band ensembles, accompanied by an interactive CD-ROM showing the important role music has played in the development of our nation by tracing America's history from the beginning of Westward Expansion through the Industrial Revolution. The new CD features Aaron Copland's A Lincoln Portrait, Randall Thompson's The Testament of Freedom, Stephen Foster's Beautiful Dreamer, and many other well-known selections. The CD-ROM introduction is narrated by President George H.W. Bush.

U.S. Marine Band CD

These never-before-released live musical performances by "The President's Own" U.S. Marine Band trace America's history from the American Revolution through the 20th century. The award-winning compilation includes an introduction by Army General Tommy Franks (Ret.)., and Amy Grant, Chely Wright, Gary Sinise, and Richard Marx contribute narration for the six historical eras.The CD-ROM includes 15 stirring musical selections that build pride while enhancing the knowledge of America's special place in history.
