I live just outside of NYC and play the french horn. last year my school was going to have a talent show but my principal said we had asked her to late in the year because she needed to get the money together to pay the teachers to chaperone the night. Gonna try again in September but would love to hear from other schools who have had talent shows to raise money for Tri-M trips and instruments. (french horns are pretty expensive):>
