I need a new career. I posted before but there was not a big response.
I have taught for 5 years. Four jobs in five years. Same problems at each job.
My problems are administrative support, discipline, and my personality. I am too quiet and not fun enough for the kids.
I have a bachelors in music education.
I enjoy teaching some of the time but I think something is missing in me. I will finish this year out but then I am done. I am not going through another year of this. I am not starting over at another new school again.
I would like to stay in a music related field if possible. What other options are there?
