Sibelius and Finale will both do it now I think. There may be a little partner program that will actually do the scanning that the program uses.
If it's something small, it's easier to type in rather than scan, have the program decode, and then have to go through and weed out mistakes.
The scans can be about 90% effective. The pain is having to fix all the mistakes.
Or teacher a students to do all this. :)
