As Excel is a spreadsheet and you are looking for a database, I suggest you use Microsoft Acess. Also, check-out Lentine's for other music specific administration software.
: I am a teacher at a newly opened school of music that teaches private lessons and theory classes and has ensembles. I have set up an excel spreadsheet as my record keeping system for keeping phone numbers, addresses, parent's name, etc. for each student. I was wondering if there was a better program out there that anyone knows of that i can put the student's name in and when I click on the student's name a seperate sheet appears with all of that student's information on it.
