I am a fan of the Roland/Edirol UA 25. I have one; it works great.

It has great port features:
A pair of Neutrik XLR/TRS combo jacks with Phantom power, Hi-Z port for guitar direct connection, S/PDIF optical I/O ports and MIDI IN/OUT ports.

Best of All it support ASIO standards for Midi/Audio, so it has next to no latency issues

It has a great feature set and you can get it for around $200.00 US

Tascam also makes a nice one for under $200.00 US
the Tascam US-122

I would reccomend checking soundtree or sweetwater for more information and help deciding if need be.

There are also a lot that cost a whole bunch more, but these ones will most likely do the job for most people.

If you are looking for a low cost ASIO solutoin for MIDI only, I reccomend the Roland UA1EX. It's the only one I know of that has ASIO 2.0 drivers/USB and is under $100.00 US
