I have been charged with putting together a survey for the band directors in my region to see what school-owned instruments most middle school band programs have and how they are maintained, if they receive funding beyond salary, etc. Most of my rough drafts look either biased, too simple (Please check all of these instruments you own...), or just don't make sense.
Has anyone done a survey of these topics before or is anyone able to offer advice on this subject?
