COMMENT ON RULE CHANGES TO ARTS EDUCATION GRANT QUALIFICATIONS - Make your voice heard by the U.S. Dept of Education! Comment online about MENC-driven rule changes to arts education grant qualifications.

Changes include stronger links to arts education standards and allowing more teachers to apply by lowering the percentage of disadvantaged students a school must serve to be eligible.

MENC members should comment by February 14.
