First, can she play those notes on flute? If not, that's part of it. Even if she can play them on flute, they are difficult. Try to keep from suggesting that she tighten or firm up. There's only so much firming you can do. Faster air, think upwards, and do exercises from Taffanel that will help. One of the first is to start on Bb then up to Bnat then to C, then do Bnat, C, Csharp, etc until you get to F, Fsharp, G, Fsharp, G, Gsharp.
