Mrs. Tennessee Presents Award at TMEA All-State Choir Concert

At the recent Tennessee Music Educators Association All-State Choral Concert, TMEA honored Brightspark Student Travel.

The travel group gives TMEA a grant to support a program that commissions new musical works. Since 2002, TMEA's ambitious project has commissioned new works to add to the body of literature for either a choral or an instrumental ensemble. 

During the concert Mrs. Tenessee 2010 Monette Bryant presented the award to Brightspeak travel consultant Dirk Deyoung.
