A Musical New Year in San Antonio for MENC Board, All-American Band

The MENC National Executive Board met over the New Year’s weekend in San Antonio, Texas. In addition to chairing the Board meeting, MENC President Barbara Geer took advantage of available equipment to record her part of the upcoming World's Largest Concert. President Geer also addressed the students in this year’s U.S. Army All-American Marching Band, and the entire board joined parents and other guests in watching the band rehearse.
